I have known Paris for more than a year now. He was highly recommended by my mortgage broker. I am so glad that I was introduced to him as during that time I was not sure yet if I really want to buy a new place. He gave me good insights as to the then current real estate market. He lets me be involved in searching for a place that I might be interested in and he looked into it and gave me his honest feedback and he also sent me some listings that he thought I might be interested in, without any pressure. With his professional non-pushy approach, he helped me find a place that I now call "home". He made sure that he dealt with all the details, inspection, counter-offers, and acted the best for my interest, and he communicated well with any updates that I needed to know. After a year, he also helped me on selling my old apartment. I did not have much expectation of this idea of selling as the market was not really good, but he was confident and ask me to give him a month - we only did one showing/viewing and the unexpected result came in - we have 2 interested viewers and one potential buyer. In less than a month, the offer was finalized. If you are looking for someone you can trust, who do the nitty-gritty or practical details of buying or selling a place, who gives you the honest-to-goodness feedback and with very cheerful and down-to-earth personality, this is the guy. You can truly depend on him.

Paris Ilbeigi Timouri definitely worked hard on my property selling and buying a new property just like others do. The reason why I only gave two stars is because he didn’t rebate at the closing. Although I didn’t discuss this with him beforehand it would be on me mainly. However, I didn’t do it in my last purchase as well. My last realtor offered me about 15% on the commission rebate without prior discussing or written in the contract. I was expecting something more or less at the end but no. It’s a bit disappointing. -- Update in response to the Paris reply: I'm open to any discussion any time, as long as it is meaningful. All I got was saying he is not aware of any sort of rebate, my expectation is wrong and etc, so I ended it. I was like man, it's 2025 now, and my first purchase was 2020. That time my realtor had already initiatively offered me a cheque, without any question asked, on the day he handed over me the key as a big surprise in a good way. How could you keep up to the game with needing to ask for the rebase before the contract or nothing while realtors out there no question asked? A small percent versus zero is a big big difference on the customer side of feeling. If he didn't contact me directly, I probably worked with my last realtor without needing to write this review. I really could not recommend him to anyone I know of even he offered me cash bonus for his referral program. No thanks.
